Agency Fees 

SALES:

Up to €400,000: maximum 10%
From €401,000 to €600,000: maximum 7%
From €601,000 to €1,000,000: maximum 5%
Over €1,000,000: maximum 4%

These rates include 20% of VAT 

Our fees are indicated and specified as payable by the buyer if they are not payable by the seller.

FURNISHED RENTALS UNDER THE CIVIL CODE (Excluded from the scope of Law No. 89-462 of July 6, 1989).

Fees payable by landlords:

Services related to viewings, compiling the landlord's file, presenting the various files of potential tenants, drafting the lease and providing assistance with various procedures. (Home staging/advice and other services).
12% (excluding 20% VAT) maximum of the annual rent excluding charges.

Fees payable by tenants:

Services related to viewings, compiling the tenant's file, drafting the lease and assisting with various procedures. (help with moving in, insurance and other procedures).
15% (excluding 20% VAT) maximum of the annual rent excluding charges

Our rental fees are indicated and specified as payable by the owners and shared between the tenants, unless the mandate specifies that the fees are payable solely by the tenant. This information will be indicated in our presentation files and on our website and will be a maximum of the equivalent of two months' rent excluding charges.
